Business structure
Faba NZ Limited is a limited liability company registered in New Zealand. Invoices, statements and receipt documents will be branded with Faba NZ.
Payment
Complete and full payment for events is to be made 5 working days in advance of the event. Any event where the funds do not clear will not be attended. All booking contain a non-refundable portion that is the booking fee portion. This is notated at the time the booking is made and is subject to change depending on how busy the time of year is.
Governing law
The provision of goods and service by us are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in New Zealand and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms of use or their subject matter you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand over such dispute.
Complaint policy
All complaints may be registered in writing to: The Manager, Faba NZ, PO Box 13523, Johnsonville, Wellington or via email to karen@faba.co.nz. The complainant must include the reason for the complaint, resolution sought, and provide contact details.
Refund policy
All bookings have a non refundable component. This is the booking fee. The fee ensures the date is kept free, that artists are able to attend. In the event an event has been paid for in full. The booking fee will be deducted from the refund. The booking fee is always stated at the time the event is booked.
Right to refuse service
Faba NZ reserves the right to refuse to paint any client, or to refuse service. It is likely this refusal will be due to hygiene concerns based around contamination or transference to other clients.
Faba NZ will not tolerate intoxication (whether alcohol or drugs), abusive behavior to our painters, clietns. workshop participants, or any other antisocial or threatening behavior.
Information gathering
This site uses third party providers, such as Google Analytics to gather information on user traffic, statistics and trends. This information is shared with Google and other agencies. This site uses “cookies” as a method of registering user-preferences, to help enhance and personalise your experience on the Website.
Email addresses are not shared, on sold or distributed. Faba NZ reserves the right to sending clients a single invite to join our newsletter or invite to subscribe.

Faba NZ does not guarantee the continued availability of the Website or the continuation of any services provided on it and access to the Website may be interrupted, restricted or delayed from time to time. Faba NZ does not accept any responsibility or liability in relation to any loss suffered in these circumstances.

Unauthorised use of this website, its images or contents may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
