We have always practiced excellent hygiene at FABA NZ. What does this look like?
What we do to keep
you safe!
BEFORE AN EVENT
- All items washed. Sponges are machine cleaned and brushes are washed with specialised brush soap then sun dried where possible to add a layer of UV protection.
- All items are stored to maximize safety and reduce the opportunity of unwanted mould.
- If you have been overseas in the last 14 days please do not ask to be painted.
AT AN EVENT
- We have a one sponge, one face policy. This means a sponge is ONLY used on yoru child, then stored in a bag for sanatising post event. This reduces any chance of transferring something from one child to the next.
- Use of a santizer in the brush water. This ensures each dip into the water doesn't spread germs.
- Painters regularly santatise their hands with santasing gel. During heightened times such as covid-19 alert levels, this is done between each child.
- The use of surgical spirit (60-70% Isopropyl alcohol) is regularly used on brushes to sanatise their contents.
